Ladies and gentlemen, may I present the morons of the internet

Right, correct me if I'm wrong but say you went into a record shop for an old album and found that it hadn't been released on CD yet. Would you blame the shop for the fact the record company hadn't released it? No? Good - this proves you're not incompetent.

So why do people believe that by iTunes not having something available (for example: Frank Zappa albums) means it's blatently Apple's fault for this? Surely they realise that the music isn't provided by Apple but by record companies who put songs up?

Maybe I'm just being too logical.
